The Honda Civic Floor Mat itelf is a 550gsm Trimodal Tufted Polymide(TTP) which is harder wearing, has greater UV resistance and will keep its color much better than your typical carpet. It is also more stain resistant and therefore, easy to keep beautiful. The luxurious carpet is introduced to the Bath TubTM with a unique bonding procedure that utilizes heat(330°f) and pressure from the molding process combined with an "EVA" adhesive to thermally fuse the materials...permanently.
